Updated Covid Shield

I updated a covid shield so that the base is slightly thicker to help with printing. I also made the band wider so that it's more comfortable to wear. I was able to reduce the fill and quality settings on this new design and reduce the printing time.

I added a second updated version. This one has more clearance from the face for larger masks.

I added two more with more clearance for the face. A nurse requested that I do this update to allow for bigger masks.
