Upgrade ender 3 - left cable holder

I made an adjustment to the Ender 3 to change the orientation of the cables that reach the hotend.The printer was modified so that the extruder sits straight in the hotend using original Creality accessories.Because of this, I had to change the orientation of the cables to make them work better.
