This is an upgraded version of the light box by Zorroronoa. The size is the same as the original.
List of upgrades:
1. Added holes at the back side of box for: a vent (to release the LEDs` heat); a toggle switch (21х15mm); a handle (to remove the inner box from the outer one);
2. Added a proper cable fixation system + a decorative cable ring to put on the cable outside;
3. Remodeled both top parts. Now they fit smoothly & fit the size of the box perfectly.
In my version I used:
1. A sticky tape instead of a glue gun to attach the 3mm acrylic glass;
2. 12V LEDs (4.8W per meter) with a 25W power supply (85x58x34 in size);
3. Aluminum plate 199x153x2mm as a heat sink for LEDs (takes 2-3 hours of the box's work to reach 50-60 C);
4. Liquid nails to fix the ends of the LED lines in place (do not use glue gun as it melts at 50 C).
Blender files at different stages of the box remodeling process are attached for your needs.
