URC KP-4000 Button

This is a replacement button for the URC KP-4000 in-wall universal remote controls. It was designed to replace the middle button on the right side (normally "Mute"), but it will work in other positions (except the top left "Power").

Three versions. One is solid, blank. Two has cutouts for play/pause icons. Third has a cutout for the LED to shine through. In either of the latter two buttons, you should put some hot glue or laminated labels over button to diffuse the LED below.
