US Flag Dog Tag Keychain

This is simple dog tag keychain featuring the USA Flag. You can print solid or split version. There are also pieces without the stars. The dogtag has been size to be approximately official in length and width, but not thickness. The flag insert can be color printed using simple layer pauses or an AMS unit. Layer heights of 0.10 or 0.20mm are suggested since the color layers were designed at 1.0mm heights. Samples were printed with a 0.4 nozzle on P1 machines. Switching to a 0.2 nozzle should improve the color visibility of the white stars. (My test print also gave me some troubles with switching to blue). Perhaps I will finally try my 0.2 nozzle later this week.Notes: Dense 98% rectilinear infill recommended if you enlarge the dog tag keychain. Assemble with superglue or other adhesives.
