US Puzzle

Puzzle of a US map. Since I have very young kids, I made the pieces large enough that it's safe for children under 3. This also means I combined a few states into 1 piece, like MA/CT/RI.
Most of the states took about 45 mins ~ 1hour to print, except CA and texas.
Unfortunately, the map I used, didn't have Alaska and Hawaii to scale, and I didn't think about that until much later.
I also created a backplate so that the states would hold together better. It's also 3d printed in pieces, which themselves are puzzle pieces.

I included the sketchup files in case you want to make modifications. Each piece is about 25mm thick.

All the backplates are about 10mm thick.
