This is a bracket to fill the hole that is necessary to make the Model-U GCC work. This makes the mod much cleaner and more professional looking as well as protecting the inside of the controller from dust and such.
Just add a little dab of super glue to the underside of the little tab and stick it to the top of the usb-c port to have it stay in place.
