USB external mount plate

Sometimes FC position in the plane doesn't easily allow for easy access to the USB port, or it would likely damage the USB port after a few plug/unplugs. I have bought several USB extensions from ReadyMadeRC and they work well, but I wanted to make a clean looking way to have the port externally. This works great with the RMRC extensions and should work with any other extension that uses the small 10mm wide PCB.
