USB inline splice enclosure / armor

I made this to protect a join between two USB cables, to give it more protection than just the Heatshrink.It's long enough to allow you to stagger the solder joins. It doesn't have a mechanical closure, it just slots together, and then you can slip some heatshrink over the ends, either small loops like pictured, or for extra sealing, do the whole length.You can use a blob of hot glue inside on the cable to make really sure nothing is going to move.
