I wanted to make a little USB desktop toy and since I had picked up some FormFutura HGglass clear filament the light bulb was a sure fire win. I knocked this up in Autodesk Fusion 360, took around 40 minutes to get a rough model together, it isn't perfect of course but then nothing I ever do is...

It turned out great and after gluing it together I am sure it will look even cooler. A braided USB cable would look much nicer than the cheap one I picked up.
If you can manage it a single perimeter would give a a more transparent finish, not sure my slicer software could cope. Fingers crossed Simplify3D will support the Flashforge finder one day so I can pick it up.
