I'm moving my ThinkPad USB keyboard around a lot, and this tends to wear out the micro-USB plug that's directly connected to the keyboard. The flaky connection has been life-threatening on several occasions ... in online games. This plug protector keeps it secured in place.
While this isn't likely to be useful as-is unless you have the exact same keyboard and micro-USB plug, I'm uploading the files in case the idea is useful to others. OpenSCAD source is included.
The "-clip" STL file is intended for testing if it fits (it prints in ~5min), and I've also used two of them to mark the spot between F4/F5 and F8/F9 where there's supposed to be a tactile gap on old-school keyboards.
