This is a base for a USB volume control. I have created an Instructable for this project, and you can follow along at https://www.instructables.com/id/USB-Volume-Control/
The base is shown as printed (upside-down) to minimize support. The rectangular block outside the base is there to eliminate a tall, thin, unstable tower of support material which would separate from the print bed.
Also included is a DXF file of the bottom cover, which can either be 3D printed or laser cut out of acrylic.
