This is a housing for the USBlini LIN interface from Thomas Fischl https://www.fischl.de/usblini/
It requires a 9-pin d-sub connector (M) with associated mounting kit, four M2 threaded inserts and four M2x6 screws.
Assignment of the D-sub connector according to Vector standard
9 = VB+
3 = VB- / GND
7 = LIN
