USF reversed lightbox.h9 ¼ in x w9 ½ x d2 ¼ I recommend your filament is calibrated. I use the default print settings from studio, but you may need to tweak the settings a little. I make my lightboxes using the reversed style so if the faceplate gets damaged, it's easy to replace. It prints with a reflector and diffuser layer. The base is required and I have fuzzy skin enabled. And since it's in a college apartment with a lot of…lets say ‘foot traffic’, I did glue the back plate to the base(just be sure the glue is dry before installing the face plate). The light opening is 13mm and the grommet fits perfectly. Once the grommet is installed slide the plug thru from the inside. These plugs have ridges that prevents it from going all the way thru, and it will be a snug fit. If it's a little loose, you could run a small bead of glue around the outside of the grommet, or even a piece of gorilla tape cut to fit around the exposed plug. I only do 1 wrap of the lights.
