The screw I used to brace the frame to the stand is a 3.8mm bolt. It came with the Anet A8 kit.
I'm going to be honest and say this frame is somewhat flimsy. It's perfect for how you see the light positioned in the photo. If you're just going to leave it like that and move the stand around you'll be totally fine.
I didn't want to wait five hours for the original I had originally made, so I slimmed it right down to the minimum for a "one hour" print.
