V Spooler Donor Spool Slacker Reducer

I have been printing a couple of years and I've always used the Pastamatic for respooling. When the V Spooler was released I immediately printed it but found that I was getting a lot of slack when I was rewinding. I player around with a lot of different designs on ways to restrict the free movement of the donor spool and found this works the best for me. I also found that as the donor spool gets lighter near the end of the process, the donor spool will tend to rise up. So, strongly recommend using a spool weight on the donor spool during the whole process. There are no screws or hardware required. Everything press fits snugly. Please make sure you filament is calibrated correctly and is not over extruding. I personally use 2 of the TPU inserts on each side for a standard 1kg spool. The TPU holders go in from the inside top of the v spooler and press fit into place. They won't go anywhere. I printed my v spooler in ABS but I have used PLA for the modification along with TPU-HF.
