V2 WolfBox Nozzle - No Support

A modification of my original wolfbox MF100 nozzle, for those having issues printing. The wall is thickened to achieve a stronger link between the attachment and the nozzle, at the expense of narrowing the internal diameter and introducing more restriction to the airflow. This version is not quite as secure in its attachment, due to the loss of the lip which required support, but still fixes firmly enough to be functional on my duster.
