I designed this to be an easy, minimalist print.
The inner diameter of the ring is 40mm
Just mount the base upright, slide in a ring, then slide in a cap, Done. Some sanding might be needed depending on your print as the pieces will be snug. Glue is not necessary but doesn't hurt.
Attaching the base to the wall is easier if you leave the rings off first, but can be done with them on.
In theory, should work with all vacuum attachments. Though, I am no expert in vacuum attachment size standards. Hopefully different brand don't vary in diameter size. My brand is Shark.
I printed it in PETG because that's what I had the most of at the time, also I wanted the flex and durability. Should be just fine when printed in PLA or another type.
Resolution doesn't matter too much, I printed at .12 and had it done just over 4 hours.
For infill, 25% should be good, I haven't had any problems. If your worried about strength, start with bumping up the infill with the rings as that's
