This is a vacuum release valve for a shopvac add on 5 gallon bucket.
Too much suction collapses the bucket.
5/16 x 3" bolt or smaller diameter found at hardware store.
any spring of your choice
See picture on how to assemble.
You can use duck tape or any type of sealant for a gasket (flex seal?) between the body and the stopvalve.

The idea was how quality cheap can you make it functional.
I glued the bolt hex head into the stop valve cap or you can fuse the bolt in the cap by using a soldering iron and extra filament..
Using the spring spacer depends on how large and tall your spring is.
