Be warned, this is a fairly intensive project and printing the parts alone will take around 24 hours total. The DoubleHelix is quite large and requires supports so that one part will be around an 8 hour print. Printing the two CrossGuard_Half parts is around 4 hours. The rest of the parts are between 1 and 2 hours each so you can spread out the printing time and sand finished parts in the mean time.

Once everything is printed, all parts should be sanded well and sprayed with filler primer to smooth out the lines. Some parts should be glued together before priming / painting (Glue a CrossGuard_Half to one of the Helix halves, then glue both of those onto the CrossGuardConnector). You can then paint all of the parts separately before final gluing assembly to avoid having to do too much mask taping.

If you use a hollow tube for the core handle as I did, theres enough room for a laser pointer to be inserted so that it shines through the central shaft.
