This is a new head for the excellent Jebediah Kerman (Kerbal Space Program) (IVA suit) thing created by WalRit. Having printed Jeb I decided to make head for Valentina Kerman in Blender. It was also a way to learn modelling and Sculpting in Blender because I had never used the program before. I took Jebs head as a base and edited it until I had a suitable head for Val. I have added some decals which can be printed on photo paper, cut out and stuck onto the model for added detail. For printing I scaled everything up to 250% and I printed everything at 0.12mm layer height with 10% Cubic infill, except for the helmet and the visor form which I printed at 0.2mm. The head took about 11.5 hours to print, the gloves feet and collar were printed together and took about 8 hours, the body took about 8-9 hours and the helmet which is by far the biggest bit took more than 20 hours. The visor forming mould took just over 5 hours. I have 2 Ender 3 printers so I completed the prints in 2 days. Painti
