EDIT 1:
added top layer variable heights (.5 mm to .7mm)
EDIT 2:
shifted internal text to move the "I" on the D instead of the N
added infill files
.4-.7 mm denote both top and bottom layers
you will need to do a filament swap on the final layer
you can also print it out in one color and paint the last layer
