Vallejo Paint Rack - improved stand

Remix of Vallejo Paint Rack, with a differently designed and easier-to-print stand. Should fit Vallejo 17ml bottles and similar (Army Painter, misc 15ml bottles, etc..)The stand is designed to support 2 racks. I may add version for single rack later.
