Valve Index Fan Mod

After 2 weeks my valve index died. Related my left display/eye failed and the index is getting hot in this area, I was looking for a cooling mod. But after reading, all torx screws can void you warranty, was try to mod without open the trunk. So after some time, I create an adapter for a fan.

It's should be a 40mm fan (mostly a silent one).

To mount this, you need some medical tape on the bottom to have some friction to old in place. Didn't test yet for a long time, related my new index should arrive next week.
