This is an engine design inspired by Tom Stanton's compressed air engine. This is a work in progress and is being refined and optimized. In its current state, The engine is using the inner half of a VW beetle generator pulley as a flywheel, However the flywheel can be made with any object you desire if you can create your own connector. The engine uses mostly M3 bolts with a few M2 bolts. The valves use two 6mm X 11mm springs. The input is designed to use an air brush hose. There are two rubber gaskets as well as paper gaskets used for the head. There needs to be sanding done to all the moving parts, I recommend at least 400 Grit finish. The crankshaft is designed to work with two 3/4 inch wheel bearings. The cam for the intake will wear rather quickly, however, I found that the engine still ran fine for now.
