Vape Wire wrapping machine, drill powered

A basic machine to help wrap Clapton style coil wire like aliens, fused claptons, staggered claptons etc.

requires a length of 30mm x 30mm pine and a tube with an inner diameter of 8.5mm.

There is space inside the output axle collar for 2 M3 nuts to help retain the wire better.

Transfer gear and axle require a M3 x 60mm to flair the ends of the transfer gear shaft correctly. Longer than 60mm works better.

Drive gear and axle requires M3 x 60 or longer, with a M3 nut to hold the assembly together and allow the drill to drive the mechanism.

Leaving the 30x30 longer at the drive end allows you to hold the assembly with your wrist while pressing the drill trigger.

Also uses 4x 6mm ID x 9mm OD x 5mm thick bearings
