Update - 4/20/2022 - I incorporated the Oring centering part which eliminates the need to print it separately. I also added a tapered outlet to the tip of the inner jet to allow for air expansion just prior to the air/water mixing chamber which should slightly improve the efficiency. I also made the taper of the outer Jet end more severe to allow for greater slurry flow. Finally, I generated STLs for the following size inner Jet orifice diameters,

This should be a wide enough selection at least for lower HP/CFM compressors. This way the user can print all 4 and try them all out, or maybe just have varying degrees of aggression. Whatever though, PLA is CHEAP! 6 perimeters and 25% infill.

Update - 10/8 - All parts are printed and designs AFAIK are final. Everything fits great, the Oring seats well and nozzle aligns to it good as well, but larger Orings could be used if the STLs are re-rendered. I bought an Oring kit off Amazon and used the 13
