Bike radar mount (e.g. Garmin Varia) compatible with the aero seat post of the Giant Trinity (2016-2022).
Designed with a little offset to accommodate the seat post with a protective film applied to prevent the plastic from scratching your paint job. I use the Zefal Skin Armor for example, which is approx. 0,25mm thick (see pictures 1 & 2).
There are two versions of this part: one that has cavities for M3 hex nuts inserted while printing and the other with 4mm holes for threaded inserts pressed in after printing. I personally use the version with hex nuts because I've had concerns about pulling the inserts out due to external and/or fastening loads, but there's obviously more effort involved in the printing process.
In case you'd want to use a different mounting plate, hole spacing or screw, I've also uploaded the .stp-files for you to modify!
