Variable Length Linkage - sweeping

Another design from early 2014, slightly touched up before uploading. This is a similar concept to the 'Variable Length Linkage - swivelling' design except this one is designed to be able to sweep horizontally on the steering rack's end while maintaining a constant horizontal distance from its hinge to the pivot on its tip, which connects to the steering knuckle. All the while enabling separation in the vertical plane to vary between the steering rack and steering knuckle.
