Various cable holders

This is my take on cable holders. I have of course been inspired by others when designing them. The most obvious one is https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2243214 by @evolutionsigns. There are holders for three different cable diameters here. Those with the word small in the filename are for cable diameter 3.5 mm. They fit some thin lighting wires from IKEA. Those with the word large in the filename are for cable diameter 6 mm. Those fit my TV antenna wires. Files witout those words in the filenames are for cable diameter 5.5 mm. Those fit my network cables. Filenames with the word barebone correspond to holders without screw holes. Those are indended to be used with double sided adhesive tape. Filenames without that word correspond to holders with screw holes.
