Various Pi case

This is my initial commit for my common design for Rpi2 Xu4 BpiM3 and probably others too..

Included:
-Raspberry Pi2 cutouts, very easy to build your own design, make a box, and boolean Diff the cutouts, then add the stands and washers depending if you want to add loose washers or not

Todo:
-Display frame interfaces
-Cover for Wifi dongle
-Light tight covers
-add the 40 pin connector cutout
-add led cutout

I will also make 3d printer friendly cutouts, for now you can add 1/2 cylinders on the edges to print faster.
