Vase Generator Parametric Design

This Fusion 360 modell allows you to model the vase you want, by changing it's parameters. I always found it difficult to find a vase with the size i am looking for. Sure you can scale the model of an stl, but height and diameter change the same way. Instructions:To change the parameters of the model go to change→ edit parameters ( as shown in the 2nd and 3rd picture). The design is based on 2 different splines (see last picture). A spline is a kind of curve which follows 3 or more points. You can change the shape individually by changing the parameters Spline_1or2_XorZ. The value is in percent of the height(Z-value)/radius(X-value) and changes the position of the splines middle point. The “diff_seg_radius” determines the difference of the opening radius of the splines (end point). The size of one segment can be changed by changing “Segment_size”, which is the size in degrees. 360 needs to be dividable by the value, to make it work.
