Vase with deco coversI originally designed this vase for my wife, as she has brick flowers and I wanted to create a matching brick vase. Since round shapes don't print optimally in a vertical orientation, I came up with the idea of developing a vase where the brick covers are printed horizontally and then attached to the vase. Because these cover variations are also excellent for other designs, I designed additional covers that, with the right color combination, really make a statement. Since a relatively large or tall model can quickly waste a lot of filament, I designed the vase to achieve very high print quality and eliminate the need for infill altogether.
