Vectrex LM386 Debuzz Mod Holder

Two remixes of the excellent LM386 module debuzz mod holders:

1) Fuse holder cover mod, adds reinforcements to the side cable cable tie hole and a little more room for the board to fit in the slot.
2) A holder for fitting the LM386 board elsewhere in the Vectrex, e.g. under the PCB where shorter wires can be used to connect it.
