Velcro cable tie base

This is a remix of a cable ziptie holder.
My design allows the use of normal ziptie, but also of velcro ziptie. This allows for an installation that is more easily modifiable and avoids having to cut the ziptie every time you want to add a cable.
You should use [Tesa tape](https://www.tesa.com/en/consumer/tesa-powerbond-indoor.html) or something equivalent, a normal double-sided tape will probably not be strong enough.
