# Simple cable holder using velcro straps
I needed a simple yet efficient way to organize all the cables under my desk. I have a ton of velcro straps from the PC's I build at my work, so I designed this small piece that I can tape under the desk and then use to hold nearly as many cables as I want using said cable straps.
You can use any velcro strap up to 15mm in width and 2mm thick.
### Advantages of my design
This design has the advantage of not being as limiting in terms of number of cables it can hold compared to a clip system. ( see picture, holding 9 quite thick cables )
And being as tiny as it is ( 20mm x 40mm ) it it crazy fast to print !
### Variations
I uploaded 2 variations, one of which has a hole so that instead of using 2 sided tape, you could use a screw to affix it.
I also uploaded .stl files with multiple units so that you can print a ton of them without having to mess around within your slicer.
