Velux window external shutter winder holder

Holder for the rod that is used to open and close external shutter on a velux window. Used to replace a broken part (you need two to hold the rod). Designed for a 14mm diameter rod but could hold something a few mm larger I think. Note: this is the first thing I ever modeled in CAD so excuse some of the roughness in the design.
