This is a proxy/stand-in miniature for the Golgotha model from TTCombats Carnevale game:

This thing was made well before the official Golgotha was commercially available, so please support TTCombat by buying the real thing for playing Carnevale if you can.
The model was remixed mainly from the Earth Elemental by schlossbauer. I have tried to list all the sources but could not find most of the things. So if anyone recognises any parts, please let me know so I can update the sources.
I have printed the model in PLA with good success. I guess there will also be no problems when printing in resin.
