The model is about 8 cm in diameter. It serves no other purpouse than rotating in the wind and looking cool. The design uses a 608 bearing in the center of the turbine. All the parts should be idealy printed without support, especially blades. However when printing the blades add a few lines of brim and slow down the print speed to avoid too much vibration which may affect the overall look and performence of this turbine. The blades should be printed one at a time the way they are going to be oriented after the assembly. To bond the blades to the hub the best option is to use superglue. Bearing should be easily press fitted onto the pole.
