Vertical blind repair tab

Repair tab for F^&@ing vertical blinds that always F%@#ING BREAK. No idea how generic these are ymmv. It's a 5 minute print so you don't waste much if it doesn't fit.

### Steps to install:
* Clean area of tape/glue from previous half baked attempts to fix these friggen blinds.
* Speculate on what crap these blinds are made of. It feels like bone dust and candle wax.
* Using flush cutters or sharp scissors trim the broken area.
* Seriously what is this plastic? _A toddler could turn this to powder with one hand._
* Use a single drop of CA (super) glue to attach the repair tab to the inside of the blind.
* Use a weight or a binder clip to clamp the tab in place while the glue cures.
