This is a remix of a strap by wmarkee (very adjustable strap which works well for loop around the ear straps) found here:

There are few that are for standard N95 masks that have preattached bands designed to go all the way around your head. The bands have a tendency to slip, particularly the lower strap which may alter fit and seal.
The design is opposite the around the ear loop orientation to allow the bands to stay in place and not migrate.
Other mask has both files but doesn't show pic.
