Vertically Striped Phone Stand

Adding color can make a good thing look great! Your thing can have different color layers/stripes by using filament changes on a single-extruder printer.
Usually, those colors are horizontally orientated. But, your thing can have vertical multicolor layers/stripes if it can be printed on it's side, 90° rotation.
This phone stand is an example that helps demonstrate the process and output. Because it's already designed to print on its side, I didn't need to rotate it. I just added the two filament changes in my slicer, started printing, and then swapped filament (colors) when prompted. Voilà... a beautiful phone stand in Italy's national colors.
