Verticle Cheese Wheel Leaner Rack

This is intended to hold a cheese wheel upright for drying after forming the wheel. The cheese probably sags a bit. You can select the lean angle and sizes with customizer.

It is designed to hold a thick disc.

It works best for hard cheese. There appears to be saggage during drying. It leaves dents and it could topple if not rotated. Experimentation needed.
