VESA 100mm screen adapter

Inspired by kingbain's design but with some changes:
- Made the design flat instead of angled so that the inserts are perpendicular to the surface.
- Holes are 6.2mm (taking 0.8mm printing tolerances into consideration) to fit the M4x6.3x8.1 brass inserts I got.
- Part is 10mm thick.

Post printing:
- Insert the (huh) inserts with a soldering iron.
- Glue the part to the back of your screen. I used some industrial all-purpose glue and that thing is not going anywhere.

Note: Please test that your screen can handle being supported on its back cover before using this thing.
