There is a monitor I use that is extremely thin and easily flexes under load. In order to fix this I figured I would create some handles that allow for more force to be used. I got the inspiration from the lights that some medical offices use, and it works pretty well! Its compatible with 75mm and 100mm mounting with 16" monitors. Larger monitors would likely be fine but you'll lose out on some handle-space.I printed with 5 walls, 30% infill. The result was extremely sturdy, so I'm confident with these settings. VESA handle is the stl and the VESA_Adjust is the step file. Enjoy remixing!
