No longer a work in progress I'm very happy with the fender design and the front stand.
Rear Fender should be printed in TPU at 20% + infill for some sturdiness. I also used zip ties to anchor the top of the fender to cross bar.
Latest iteration of the sherman stand is reinforced to make much stronger, added stress groove to allow flexibility while attaching so at high infill rates it does not snap. I printed 100% infill with PLA, and it is very strong. To help attach and not snap, you can take the extra step of heating up the area that will flex around the bar. Careful, don't heat up PLA too much.
