VF Ender 5 Plus BTT PiTFT43 Adapter Brackets Touchscreen

This will adapt the stock screen mounting to a BTT Pi TFT 43 4.3" Raspberry Pi Touchscreen on the Ender 5 Plus. I run Klipper with Kliperscreen and it works flawlessly. Adapter brackets center and hold the screen where it needs to be. Gives a completely stock look with an updated screen. Use the stock gasket as well.
