TPU Print for Vibration Damping:
It's essential to design vibration dampers specifically for high-frequency vibrations because damping feet that are too soft may inadvertently promote movements of the housing itself. Therefore, it's only sensible to filter out high-frequency vibrations, such as those from fans and HDD drives.
General Description:
Features: This socket will be printable without support structure and will ensure ideal vibration damping. It is designed for use with Light Base 600 and Light Base 900.
Printing Time and Efficiency:
Printing Time: The printing time will be approximately 2 hours per foot and will also be relatively time-saving (without clipper).
Assembly and Adjustments:
Additional components: A rubber cap can also be attached to the base of the foot, as A95 TPU does not provide good slip resistance.
Screwing: Ruthex inserts will be used. These threaded inserts are suitable for soldering, and I use M3 inserts. There will also be a version without holes f
