Vice bench adaptor for Dremel multi-tools

This was inspired by looking at the attributed design, a clever chopsaw. I realised that taking and modifying the arm alone would allow me to hold the Dremel in a vice, and leave two hands free to use it like a bench grinder. So, I did.
