Victagen Y19 improved mount

This is an improved mount mount for the Victagen Y19 bike light. The original has a single small tab that retains the light from sliding too far on the mount. It was a poor design and easily broke. This new mount is slightly thicker to add strength and I extended that tab to enclose the entire end for rigidity.
